The doctor might prescribe a healthy diet plan to eliminate your allergy; what to eat and what to avoid. In 90% of cases it has been observed that a person is allergic towards food items; so is recommended for Allergy elimination diet.
One should understand what is an eliminate diet which is so effectively working against allergy. Eliminate allergy means to cut down some food items for a certain time period and then step by step add again to your diet to see whether the allergy persist of not.
